Welcome to the websites of DESK-FORM, a.s.. We are a dynamically growing company producing custom made worktops. We offer not only kitchen worktops and custom made worktops that we manufacture ourselves, but also other table worktops.

Custom made worktops are manufactured using the unique technology of under-glued sinks. The advantages of under-glued sinks in comparison to usual assembly techniques are the unique visual appearance and their compliance with the strictest requirements on food-contact materials.

We manufacture custom made solid wood tops, worktops, acrylic solid surface worktops, laminated worktops and stone worktops according to your wishes, you only have to select a texture, a shape, and if necessary, the position and the type of the under-glued sink.

You can save created project for resulting editing or to send it to us into manufacturing. You can trace status of creating orders, approval of order, start of production, expedition and billing.
